A four-level interview instrument that measures SCRQoL of adults with care and support needs, who use social care services (e.g., homecare, day centres).
The INT4 applies a counterfactual self-estimation method to estimate the effect of social care on people’s social care-related quality of life (SCRQoL). This is explained in the ASCOT-INT4 guidance below.
It is suitable for face-to-face, telephone or online interviews, and can be preference-weighted for use in economic evaluations.
