A four-level proxy-report version that measures current SCRQoL, for completion by unpaid (family/friend) carers or care workers on behalf of people using social care services.
ASCOT-Proxy has been cognitively tested with unpaid carers and care workers reporting on behalf of someone they support, and has been psychometrically tested with family carers of people with dementia and care staff supporting older adults in care homes in England.
