A four-level proxy-report version that measures proxy-reported SCRQoL by unpaid (family/friend) carers or care workers on behalf of adults using social care services (e.g., residential care, homecare, day centres).
ASCOT-Proxy has been cognitively tested with carers and care workers reporting on behalf of someone they support, and has been psychometrically tested with carers of people with dementia and care staff supporting older adults in care homes in England.
