A four-level self-completion Easy Read tool that measures SCRQoL, designed for older adults. It was developed with older people who use social care and their family carers, and will be psychometrically tested in future work.
This version is suitable for older people with mild-to-moderate dementia, cognitive impairment and other age-related needs.
