A four-level self-completion Easy Read tool (ASCOT SCT4 Easy Read) that measures current SCRQoL, designed specifically for people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. The tool has been cognitively tested with service users and has been piloted for psychometric testing. It is suitable for use in surveys but is not preference-weighted.
